Cancellation and No-Show Policy Dear Valued Client, Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without adequate notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that time slot, which affects my business. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance to give you ample time to remember, as I know how easy it is to forget an appointment that was booked weeks or months ago. As services are reserved specifically for you, a Cancellation Fee will apply. To streamline this process, I require a credit card to be kept on file. * Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. * No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. * For appointments made within 24 hours, cancellations must occur at least 4 hours prior to the appointment or a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount will apply. Regarding Package Deals and Specials: If you miss a scheduled session, the card on file will still be charged as agreed. Due to some clients taking advantage of special offers, I may need to reconsider accepting payments for certain packages in the future. Please be mindful and respectful of my time and business operations. I understand that life can throw unexpected challenges your way. However, when you cancel last-minute, I lose the chance to offer that spot to another client who has been waiting for it. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
