Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that appointments are reserved specifically for you. When an appointment is canceled or missed without sufficient notice, I lose the opportunity to offer that time to another client.
To respect my time and business, the following cancellation policy applies:
* 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Any appointment not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the reserved service price.
* No-Shows: No-shows will be charged 50% of the reserved service price.
* Appointments Booked Within 24 Hours: If an appointment is booked within 24 hours of the appointment time, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the appointment. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
* Package Deals & Specials: Missed or late-canceled sessions included in packages or special offers are still subject to the cancellation policy, and the card on file will be charged accordingly.
* A credit/debit card must remain on file to secure appointments and cover applicable cancellation fees.
I completely understand that unexpected things happen. However, last-minute cancellations prevent me from filling that appointment time with another client.
Thank you for respecting my time, my business, and other clients who may be waiting for an opening. 💕 Best regards,
